He has engaged with some of the strongest brands in the world, and has spent his entire career teaching and mentoring world-class sales talent. Ryan’s responsibilities include strategically aligning business partnerships, refining all sales platforms, and working with the CEO to execute national program expansion.

Paul Briski


As Founder and CEO of Trelevate, Paul brings more than 16 years of executive experience in developing, engineering and implementing national sales outsourcing solutions. He is well versed in a variety of business verticals including Energy, Telecom, Office Supplies, Healthcare, IT, Financial Services, and Business Services among others. His responsibilities include strategically driving the operations of Trelevate, continuously enhancing operational platforms while collaborating with the President to execute national program expansion.

Chris Carter


Chris has directed and managed National sales programs representing top Fortune 500 firms, during his more than 17 years in the outsource sales industry. Chris’ strengths are in orchestrating sales programs from concept to execution and evaluating programs for maximum ROI. Prior to directing the business development efforts at Trelevate, Chris managed several Telecommunication programs as an outsourced business partner for AT&T and CenturyLink / Qwest.

Her analytical thinking and outstanding communication skills are vital assets to the organization, developed over 15 years of experience in customer relations, marketing and sales.

Derek Bohlen


Derek started as a software business solutions professional, and has developed into a strong leader. He has managed many successful programs throughout his career which started at Aerotek and Epicor. Derek undertook a successful professional golf career; playing on tours and tournaments across the country. His success in golfing, led him to caddy on the PGA Tour. His strengths are in leading people and starting programs from the ground floor. With a strong communications and marketing background, we lean on him for strategies and program development.

As Recruiting Manager for Trelevate, April brings over 9 years of experience in the recruiting industry. In this time she has established recruiting departments, help expand offices nationwide and developed training to help recruiters succeed throughout the United States. These efforts have led to awards in the recruiting industry. April is a native to Arizona where she currently resides.

Kristina Guyer


As Recruiting Manager at Trelevate, Kristina Guyer brings 15 years of experience in customer service, sales, and marketing. She understands what qualities candidates need, to be successful in all facets of the competitive world of sales. Kristina is a native of Arizona and is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Tina Martin


Account Managment Director for Trelevate- Tina is originally from Carmel, Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University (Bloomington) with a Telecommunications Major and Environmental Science Minor. After graduation she relocated to Phoenix, Arizona. Since then she worked in customer service/account relations at Charles Schwab and in 2006 obtained her real estate license. Her combination of both customer service and sales provides her with a clear understanding of how to support the Sales’ Teams at Trelevate.

For 15 years, Tiffany has worked with business partners to create personalized experiences in customer service, human resources, and recruiting. She is passionate and committed to providing exceptional customer service experiences, while embracing the core values of integrity, innovation and growth. She lives in Arizona with her husband and son, but is a native to Mississippi. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Dynamics from Western International University.

Amie Shaw


As the Account Management Representative for Trelevate, Amie is proud to showcase her ability to problem-solve and her impeccable attention to detail. She enjoys working closely with the sales teams and assisting them with their key responsibilities. Her strengths lie within the customer service field as well as sales, where she has over 10 years of experience. Her vast knowledge of the sales process provides managers, team members and clients an advantageous experience. Amie holds a BA from Arizona State University and currently resides in Phoenix with her beautiful and supportive family.

Robert Kinsey


Robert has over 20 years of experience in business ownership, sales management, and business development. His leadership and strong communication skills have enabled him to build and maintain successful teams working with companies from start-ups to multinational organizations. Robert, a native of California, earned a BA in Business and Psychology from California Lutheran University, and did his post graduate work in communications at USC.

As Dayton Area Market Sales Manager for Trelevate, Dawn brings over 25 years of outside sales experience and over 7 years of managing successful sales teams. Her innate ability to connect with people at all levels, identifying top talent when making hiring decisions and her mindset of always going above and beyond expectations, contributes to her success. Dawn works to identify what motivates each person individually and strives to elevate them to see over and above what they ever dreamed possible for themselves. Dawn inspires and motivates her team to continually be the top producing market nationally. Dawn, a native of Louisville, KY, earned her BA in Communications from Wright State University, and currently resides in Cincinnati, OH with her 15 year old son.

Sean has over 20 years of outside sales and management experience on both a local and national level. Partnering with local business and Fortune 500 companies, Sean’s multilevel experience transfers to Trelevate’s RTrac Method of growing business partners sales and shares. Starting at Trelevate as a Sales Consultant, Sean brings In-The-Field mentality and knowledge to growing sales teams.

A native of Pittsburgh, Sean resides in the South Hills with his two sons.

Jessica Gardner


Jessica comes to Trelevate with 17 years of progressive management experience. She has developed and maintained top performing sales teams through a strong focus on training and individual improvement. Setting goals and providing hands on support is key to her teams overall successes. Born and raised in Vermont, Jessica resides in Pittsburgh PA with her spouse and three young children. In addition, she is the proud parent of a United States Marine and Penn State attendee. Jessica earned her BS in Business Communication and Masters in Management from the University of Phoenix.

Chicago Market Manager

Jimmy Brock


After graduating from college, Jimmy worked in the engineering field. In 2004, he started a new career in outside sales. Starting at Entry Level, he sold business services for two of the largest companies in the telecommunications and shipping industries. After realizing his passion was developing people and growing business, he decided to open his own outsourced sales firm.

After a short stint in corporate America, he decided to team up with the executive team at Trelevate, where he felt he could grow to a new level in his career. “The vision that Ryan, Chris and Paul had for Trelevate was in line with my goals and was something I wanted to be a part of. I saw their passion for developing people and their desire to make a dramatic impact in the outsourced sales industry. ”

As the Central Illinois Market Manager Doug brings to Trelevate over 20 years of combined sales and managerial experience.
He has worked with many Fortune 500 companies products ranging from automobiles to industrial fixtures and supplies. Throughout his career, Doug has built a reputation based on exceptional customer service and a high level of personal integrity.  Adding to his experience, he also posses a Business Degree for the University of Illinois Springfield.
He currently resides in Central Illinois with his Family and children.

Scott Guthrie


As the Pittsburgh Market Manager Scott brings to Trelevate over 20 years of managerial experience.

He has worked in many different industries from Food, Hospitality, and most recent the Oil and Gas fields. Throughout his career, Scott has built a reputation based on exceptional leadership skills and his ability to communicate in any kind of industry.  Adding to his experience, he also possess a Business Degree from Robert Morris University.

He currently resides in Pittsburgh PA with his two children.
